Services are scheduled in advance and performed by trained technicians using professional grade equipment. Service areas include Lincoln County, Gaston County, Catawba County, and surrounding North Carolina communities.
Estimates and Payments
Pricing is based on system type, service requested, accessibility, and overall condition of the equipment. Estimates are provided prior to service based on the information available at the time of scheduling. Final pricing may change if system conditions or scope of work differ from what was originally described. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a technician has already been dispatched or arrives on site, a service fee may apply.
Service Limitations
We do not service HVAC systems that present unsafe conditions, including electrical hazards, severe structural damage, or equipment that is not accessible. We do not perform work outside the scope of licensed heating and air conditioning services. If unsafe or illegal conditions are present, services may be declined or modified.
